Qualificações

A leading medical technology organization is looking for a skilled D365FO Support Consultant based in Brazil to provide functional and technical support to their European users.

Working remotely from Brazil during Central European Time (CET) business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM), you will be responsible for supporting their ERP system’s stability, users, and collaborating with international teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver functional and technical support for D365FO users across Europe, focusing on modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal IT teams and external partners to escalate and resolve incidents.
  • Monitor system health and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and develop user guides tailored to the business.
  • Support testing of updates, patches, and new functionality.
  • Assist in user training and promote ERP adoption.
  • Engage with Microsoft support as needed for advanced technical cases.
Requirements
  • At least 5years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) or AX 2012.
  • Strong functional knowledge of key D365FO modules related to finance and supply chain processes.
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
  • Available to work remotely from Brazil during CET business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
