We are expanding our Global Service Center (GSC) footprint in the Americas and seeking a passionate and energetic Learning & Development Trainer to join our team in Santos, Brazil. If you\'re excited about driving capability development, facilitating impactful training experiences, and helping teams grow and perform, this role is for you.

As an L&D Trainer, you will deliver engaging learning experiences, support onboarding processes, drive upskilling initiatives, and strengthen knowledge around business processes across different teams. You\'ll work with global and regional stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with organizational priorities and foster a culture of continuous development.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and facilitate training sessions (virtual and in-person) to support onboarding, process refreshers, and ongoing capability building.
  • Support the creation and digitalization of learning content and materials that meet learner and business needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in process knowledge to enable cross-functional team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to assess learning needs and align training strategies.
  • Contribute to the deployment of global learning initiatives and localized programs.
  • Provide learning support to teams across various business areas, helping them navigate complex systems and procedures.
  • Leverage tools in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) to prepare and deliver training content and reporting.
  • Adapt training style and content based on audience needs and business context.
  • Maintain flexibility to collaborate across time zones (occasional early mornings or late evenings required).
The Basics
  • External candidates: Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or similar roles
  • External candidates: Experience in shipping background (helpful and complementary)
  • Internal candidates: 2 years of experience in Customer Experience or similar roles
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Experience in Digital Content Creation
  • Digital learning experience and comfort with virtual delivery tools.
  • Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite in PowerPoint (essential for content creation and presentation) and Excel
  • Availability to work from the Santos office.
  • Open to a flexible work shift
