As we continue to grow, we are looking for a responsible Customer Support Specialist (Spanish, Italian, English) who will implement, develop, and maintain high-quality service standards for our customers.

Work schedule
  • from 08 : 00 AM to 05 : 00 PM CET;

OR from 10 : 00 AM to 07 : 00 PM CET.

You will
  • Communicate with users, work with feedback and complaints via phone, tickets and email;
  • Resolving support requests while meeting SLA and quality standards;
  • Provide empathetic and attentive service to meet the needs of our users;

Escalating complex cases to mentors or team leads when necessary.

About you
  • English proficiency at B2+ level, Spanish at C1 level, and Italian at C1 level;
  • You have experience with Zendesk;

You have 6+ months of experience in Customer Support.

  • You have excellent communication abilities and can handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and promptly;
  • You can work both independently and as part of various teams;
  • You are attentive, persistent, and solution-oriented;

You have a strong work ethic and adapt quickly to changes in a dynamic business environment.
