A leading technology firm in São Paulo is seeking a Customer Success Specialist Team Lead. The role involves providing quotations, triaging client requests, and supporting team onboarding. Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English. Experience with Oracle and Salesforce is preferred. As a Customer Success Specialist Team Lead with the Asset Protection product line, you will be exposed to many facets of the business.
From triaging and replying directly to inbound client requests; to working with the engineering, order entry and production teams to ensure a smooth and successful client experience.

College level Degree preferred or HS Degree and related work experience.
Strong written and verbal communications skills.
