The Customer Success Specialist will responsible for maximize product utilization through proactive support and strong customer relationships, contributing to higher customer retention and revenue generating opportunities. The ideal candidate is also detail oriented, customer obsessed and focused in enterprise accounts. The Customer Success Specialist will report to the Customer Success Coordinator.
