We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Brazil and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 elite accounts across LATAM. In this role, you’ll ensure our customers get the most value and highest ROI from their subscriptions, focusing on driving renewals and building long‑term partnerships.
Drive engagement and renewals. You’ll analyze customer metrics in Salesforce to identify growth opportunities, conduct business reviews, and negotiate renewals to hit aggressive retention and expansion targets.
Collaborate across the business. You’ll partner with Engineering, Hardware, and Support teams to resolve issues, while working with Account Executives and Solution Consultants to identify new revenue streams.
Consult and educate. You’ll coordinate training with our specialists to increase product adoption and ensure our customers are using Hudl to its full potential.
Manage your pipeline. You’ll maintain an accurate forecast in Salesforce, tracking your performance monthly and quarterly to ensure we meet our goals.
Location: Remote/specific hubs only: We’d like to hire someone for this role who lives in Brazil, but we have a strong preference for candidates near São Paulo.
Trilingual. You’re fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Experienced in sales and volume. You have a background in account and pipeline management and are comfortable handling a high volume of clients without losing attention to detail.
A relationship builder. You’re a consultative partner who takes the time to understand customer goals and a self‑starter who takes initiative to solve complex problems.
Analytical and organized. You’re comfortable using data to drive decisions and can prioritize tasks across multiple software platforms to meet tight deadlines.
An engaging communicator. You have excellent presentation skills and can deliver clear, direct and respectful feedback to both internal stakeholders and elite customers.
Willing to travel. You’re happy to hit the road and visit our customers on‑site, potentially as often as once a month.
SaaS and tech‑savvy. You have 3M+ experience in a client‑facing role at a technology company and stay current on the latest customer success trends.
Sports industry knowledge. You’re familiar with performance analysis workflows, particularly in soccer.
Hudl product knowledge. You’ve used our products before or have a deep understanding of our ecosystem.
The base salary range and on‑target earnings (OTE) for this role are displayed below. Typically, the total compensation will fall within the middle of the OTE band.
Our compensation decisions are based on an individual’s experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
Final compensation will depend on your performance against quotas outlined in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP) upon hire.
Base Salary Range
R$113.400 - R$187.600 BRL
On‑Target Earnings
R$162.000 - R$268.000 BRL
