A leading scientific solutions provider is seeking a Customer Success & Business Development Consultant for Latin America. This independent consultant will facilitate onboarding for CAS users, identify growth opportunities within accounts, and deliver presentations on CAS solutions. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a science-related field, at least 5 years of experience in sales and customer success, and fluency in English and Portuguese. Travel across Latin America may be required up to 20%.

CAS is seeking an independent consultant to support delivering services that combine customer success expertise with business development activities, focusing on consultative engagement, solution-oriented selling, and collaborative account management.
This is an independent consulting engagement. The consultant will be responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Duration, deliverables, and compensation will be agreed upon in the consulting contract.
