This fully remote position requires proficiency in both Portuguese and English, with a background in online customer support and familiarity with financial services being preferred. Ideal candidates should be adaptable, patient and able to work during weekends and night shifts in a dynamic trading environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in online customer support is essential.
• Proficiency in using tools like Zendesk or LiveChat is required.
• Familiarity with finance or customer service is preferred.

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels.
• Assist customers with KYC verification and account security setup.
• Document customer issues and collaborate with technical teams.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and communicate platform announcements.
• Adapt to shift schedules for coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and night shifts.

Conhecimentos

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.
• Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.
• Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.
• Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).
• Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

• Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.
• Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.
• Patient, resilient, and skilled in de‑escalating high‑tension situations.
• Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
