This full-time remote position requires proficiency in Portuguese and English, along with experience in online customer support tools. Responsibilities include assisting customers with account issues and KYC verification, as well as documenting complex problems. Ideal candidates are resilient and familiar with finance. Weekend and irregular shifts may be required.

Qualificações

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and other channels regarding accounts, trading, payments, etc.

Assist customers with KYC verification, account security setup, and dispute resolution.

Accurately document and elevate customer issues, collaborating with technical teams for complex cases.

Stay updated on futures trading rules and promptly communicate platform announcements / risk alerts (training provided).

Adapt to shift schedules (if required) to ensure coverage during target market hours.

Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts.

Requirements

Have an online customer support experience, and proficiency in tools like Zendesk / LiveChat.

Fast learner, able to master derivatives trading terminology quickly.

Patient, resilient, and skilled in de-escalating high-tension situations.

Familiarity with Brazilian / Portuguese user communication styles; finance or customer service experience preferred.

Proficiency in Portuguese and English is essential.
