Responsibilities
  • Handle requests through tickets and other online tools for customers in English and other languages.
  • Provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information by using the right customer service methods / tools.
  • Provide proper solutions to customer issues within reasonable time limits.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and follow-up to ensure smooth and accurate resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Follow the shift arrangement based on the team needs. The current shift is UTC 09 : 00-18 : 00.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Professional speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in English.
  • At least one year of CS Trading agent related working experience in the crypto exchanges.
  • Own a Macbook bought within 6 months, or can purchase a new Macbook to be paid back in installments within the next 6 months. This Macbook requires at least an M1 chip and can only be used for work.
  • Working five days a week, and willing to be scheduled for working at weekends. Able to support the working shift between 00 : 00 - 09 : 00 SGT timeslot.
  • Bilingual language skill is a plus.

With the ability to handle multiple tasks under high pressure, while maintaining a professional attitude.

Be able to support the night shift based on the team's needs.
