About the Role

Elite Virtual Assistance (EVA) is hiring Customer Service Representatives in Brazil to support a fast‑growing U.S. insurance agency specializing in car and home insurance. This is an inbound‑focused role where you'll speak with customers, solve problems with empathy, and create an exceptional experience that encourages them to leave a positive Google review.

Customers can sometimes be challenging, so we need someone patient, professional, and confident on the phone. You'll be joining an already successful team of 20+ people on this account, with an amazing work culture, strong support, and a clear path for growth and promotion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from U.S. customers regarding auto and home insurance
  • Provide high‑quality service with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
