What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage relationships with wholesalers/distributors across all snack categories
  • Develop and implement trade promotion strategies and tactical plans
  • Conduct post-event analysis to optimize future promotional opportunities
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing to develop joint marketing programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in the CPG industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • P&L management experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in the Convenience Channel
  • Knowledge of supply chain operations
  • Experience managing Convenience retailers and wholesalers
  • Experience working with Brokers or Broker management
