This individual will be responsible for lead screening and qualification, tracking sales progress through to closure and payment, proactively reaching out to existing clients to reignite opportunities, and supporting customer service and the organization of essential information for the team.
We seek a dynamic, agile, organized individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in fast-paced environments, can handle multiple tasks, and is focused on results and customer experience.
Conduct initial analysis of incoming leads to assess purchasing potential, directing opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives based on client needs and the characteristics of designated sellers.
Track the progression of leads through the sales process until closure and payment, ensuring all stages are completed in alignment with each sales representative's portfolio.
Proactively reach out to existing clients who were not converted during the initial contact, aiming to re-engage them, identify new negotiation opportunities, and enhance the chances of a sale.
Assist clients post-purchase by addressing demands, queries, and requests to ensure the best MSC experience throughout the buying process, while keeping essential lead information organized and up to date.
Contribute to meeting departmental targets and KPIs by ensuring all support processes align with commercial objectives.
Organizational Skills : Ability to systematically organize information, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Customer-Centric Approach : Commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience, even in behind-the-scenes activities.
Profile Attributes : Agile, collaborative, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both spoken and written Portuguese.
Knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
Educational background with a completed high school diploma.Ongoing or completed higher education in Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields is considered a plus.
Technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines is an advantage.
Experience in Customer Service and Administrative / Commercial : Experience in commercial, sales, or customer service areas is desirable.
