We're looking for someone who exhibits unparalleled attention to detail and a sound ability to maintain high volume and fast pace of work without losing their human touch (and smile)!

You're excited about this opportunity because you will :
  • Act as an Olly Olly brand ambassador to known and new talent markets by promoting our brand, including posting job openings creatively and building a strong talent pipeline for our current and future hiring needs.
  • Strategically source top talent & develop rapport & authentic, lasting relationships.
  • Track & measure recruiting & retention metrics, adjusting strategy and tactics as-needed based on findings, to improve current processes.
We're excited about you because you bring :
  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience recruiting in Engineering preferred
  • Exceptional Verbal and Written communication skills in English required
  • Bachelor's degree (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education)
  • Technical Knowledge in :
  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS, we use Breezy)
  • Familiarity with professional social networks and sites (Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Working Experience with Google Suite (including Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)
