A leading agro-industrial firm in Brazil is searching for a New Business Coordinator to support the CEO in development operations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, documentation support, and coordination between local and Japanese stakeholders. Candidates should have experience in business development within multinational companies, speak advanced English, and knowledge of Japanese would be advantageous. This full-time position offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and diverse environment.
The Business Development position will report directly to the CEO in Brazil and will play a key role in structuring and consolidating the department. The selected candidate will provide direct operational support to the CEO of the Brazil holding company, acting as a key interface for strategic and administrative coordination between the Japanese headquarters and local stakeholders. In this capacity, the role will be involved in matters related to corporate governance, compliance, financial planning, shareholder relations, and the strategic monitoring of investment projects in the AGRO-INDUSTRIAL sector. The role operates in a greenfield context, with limited historical benchmarks in Brazil, which increases the complexity of structuring, governance, and execution with both local and international stakeholders. In this scenario, the department's mission is to translate the business plan into tangible operations in the short term (from zero to implementation) and, subsequently, to support the scaling and expansion of initiatives in Brazil and Latin America over the mid‑to‑long‑term horizon, with a strategic outlook toward ****.
