About the Role

We are hiring a Contracts & Compliance Specialist to support contract processing workflows by reviewing financial and contractual documents and ensuring compliance with internal and client‑specific standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals, corporate experience, and exceptional attention to detail.

You will validate contract terms, confirm financial accuracy, identify compliance risks, and maintain highly organized documentation. This is a mid‑level position requiring analytical judgment, strong organization, and precision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial & Compliance Review: Review contracts, invoices, and financial statements (A/R, A/P); verify payment terms, billing details, financial entries, and compliance elements; detect inconsistencies or incomplete documentation.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Enter and validate financial/contract data with full precision and correct discrepancies before final submission.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized, audit‑ready financial and contract files; support ongoing documentation cleanup and labeling optimization.
  • Process Improvement Support: Suggest improvements for compliance workflows and contribute to updated SOPs based on recurring gaps.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with finance, compliance, and operations teams; clarify unclear data with stakeholders.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years in accounting, compliance, finance, or contract‑related roles.
  • Fortune 500 or enterprise experience preferred.
