  • Support resolution of major supplier or client complaints.
  • Ensure suppliers understand HBX Group's value proposition.

Job Summary

As the face of HBX Group to our suppliers, you will develop strong relationships with our suppliers for a defined portfolio of activities within a specific geographic area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the contracting process with our clients in a B2B and B2C environment, focused on signing the most competitive rates for HBX Group.
  • Negotiate contract renewal conditions such as: rate, inventory, offers, release periods, marketing contributions, overrides, cancellation policy.
  • Monitor the performance of each hotel working closely with the Yield Manager to ensure competitiveness and availability is not an issue.
  • Act as the face‑to‑face key point contact for experienced suppliers and develop and maintain excellent relationships with them.
  • Support the resolution of major supplier or client complaints, negotiating the most suitable solution to maintain good service and a positive relationship with them.
  • Ensure the supplier has a clear understanding of HBX Group value proposition and marketing tools to optimize the income of each contract.

Languages

Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
