JOB PURPOSE

CONMEBOL Libertadores and CONMEBOL Sudamericana digital brand is growing, and we need great minds that love soccer to join us. We’re looking for a Content Producer to plan, produce and assign editorial content that will thrive on FC DIEZ MEDIA digital platforms.

You will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing daily posts, interacting with the community, and supporting our editorial team in developing creative, innovative content to keep fans engaged and updated, with a strong focus on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.

This role will support content creation and community engagement, including regular posts, content planning, and assisting in managing ongoing communication for the most inspiring soccer league of South America.

KEY DELIVERABLES (WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR ROLE?)

• You will assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging posts on social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
• Work with agencies that produce creative assets for social media or use tools such as WSC, Player Surface, and occasionally Adobe Creative Cloud and other available tools to produce creatives yourself.
• Constantly review the performance of social media posts and campaigns, share insights and suggestions to improve engagement.
• Assist the editorial team with content planning and production for ongoing match coverage, events, and digital campaigns.
• Provide social media coverage of matches and events, including live updates, remotely or on location.
• Write articles and materials covering matches, editorial and brand narratives.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 4 – 5 years of experience in social media or content creation roles, ideally in digital marketing.
• Ability to work under pressure and create engaging content within tight deadlines.
• Deep knowledge in football, particularly South American tournaments.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and how to drive engagement.
• Creative mindset, adaptable and willing to learn.
• Strong communication and writing skills in Portuguese, with basic knowledge of English and / or Spanish being a plus.
• A minimum of 4 of content production, ideally in digital.
• Should be able to work under pressure and create compelling content with tight deadlines.
• Expert at identifying trends, producing and posting engaging content across social media platforms.
• Outstanding copywriting abilities and attention to detail.
• Availability to travel.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience using video editing software, such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Experience on‑pitch professional soccer coverage.

FC Diez Media maintains offices in Asuncion, Paraguay, Sao Paulo, Brazil and in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The headquarters and main operational office of FC Diez Media sits in Asuncion and also acts as the main liaison between FC Diez Media and CONMEBOL.

The office in Sao Paulo has a Marketing and S
