Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the OrangeHRM help portal to ensure accurate, user‑friendly content for each module.
  • Create, edit, and manage high‑quality instructional videos that guide clients through using the various features and modules of our HR software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all help content and videos reflect the latest updates, features, and best practices.
  • Write clear, concise instructional guides and descriptions to accompany video content.
  • Regularly assess user feedback and analytics to continuously improve help portal content and user experience.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on trends in instructional design and video editing to create engaging content.
  • Ensure the help portal content aligns with our mission of 'HR for All' by making it accessible and easy to use for all clients, including SMEs.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in video editing and content management, ideally within a software or HR environment.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS); basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • A passion for making complex systems simple and user‑friendly.
