We are looking for ORACLE - Cloud - Lead, Remote in Brazil who wants to learn and transform his career.

In this role you will: (responsibilities)

• Oracle Cloud – Lead, remote in Brazil, with broad experience in cloud implementations and support.
• Lead Oracle cloud support projects and understand global support models.
• Collaborate with end users and apply problem-solving skills; configure Oracle Cloud modules (AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collections).

Must-Have:

• Broad experience in cloud implementations & support
• Experience in leading Oracle cloud support projects
• Good understanding of global support model
• Collaboration with end users and problem solving skills
• Senior resources with hands-to-keyboard capabilities to configure Oracle Cloud (AP, PO, AR, GL, TAX, CM, FA, Collection Modules)

Good-to-Have

• Able to work independently with customer
• Agile way of working

• Issue resolution and fix

• Work with Global Support team located in India and collaborate for smooth issue resolution
