We are looking for a person to lead the strategic development of CMDB solutions within the Service Now platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product strategy for CMDB, aligned with organizational goals;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance CMDB and its integrations;
• Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM);
• Use Service Graph to visualize and manage service dependencies and configurations;
• Oversee the Discovery process to ensure accurate and up-to-date data;
• Analyze CMDB performance metrics and propose improvements;
• Stay updated on trends and advancements in CMDB technologies and methodologies;
• Act with defined indicators and deadlines.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in CMDB with focus on Service Now;
• Strong understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM);
• Knowledge of Service Graph and Discovery tools;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams;

Optional Qualifications

• Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM);
• Knowledge in IT Operations Management;
• Relevant certifications in Service Now or CMDB-related areas.
