MUST HAVE :
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record in day to day client management, managing multiple accounts concurrently with unwavering attention to detail.
  • Strong negotiating and leveraging data abilities to showcase performance in a way that aids business outcomes / growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to decipher data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to build and nurture client relationships while proactively identifying growth opportunities.

EXPERIENCE : 2+ years of digital marketing / affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.

YOUR ROLE

Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.

OUTCOMES (Performance Expectations)
  • Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring balance between meeting client demands and internal company goals and priorities.
  • Revenue Growth : Proactively identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently achieving or exceeding profitability targets within the first 6 months.
  • Client Onboarding : Own the onboarding experience to decrease time-to-launch by leveraging strong internal coordination across Sales and Operations.
  • Campaign Execution : Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client KPIs.
  • Performance Reporting : Provide daily, weekly, and monthly campaign updates using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Data Analysis : Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, using findings to drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
  • Strategic Partnership Development : Showcase strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships.
  • Industry Expertise : Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, user acquisition strategies, and familiarity with tracking platforms / reporting tools (i.e., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker are a plus).
