As a Client‑Facing Technical Support Representative, you will foster strong client relationships, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience.
Acting as a knowledgeable representative of CIO Technical Operations, you’ll demonstrate a deep understanding of its services across both the CIO and Kyndryl organizations.
You’ll also coordinate seamlessly between on‑site and remote technical teams to ensure smooth collaboration and integration across all support functions.
Your natural enthusiasm, proactive mindset, and strong customer‑facing skills will help build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
You’ll lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and promote a culture of self‑learning and continuous improvement.
