We provide a modern and convenient "last mile" transport.

We are looking for a City Manager for Porto Alegre, Brazil to manage our operations there.

Responsibilities
  • Service center work organization: repair, maintenance and charging of electric scooters.
  • Searching contractors and performers for service center activity (including drivers, mechanics, coordinators, keepers).
  • Everyday organization and operational management of a service team full cycle work.
  • Placement in the city and collection of scooters for repairing and charging at a service center.
  • Organization of scooters monitoring and control using the IT platform and special software.
  • Key performance indicators control and achievement.
  • Solving current operational issues with authorities, administration, police.
  • Interaction with counterparties and suppliers of spare parts.
  • Spare parts planning and inventory.
Requirements
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to work in multitasking atmosphere.
  • Management experience.
  • Ability to build effective processes.
  • Experience in B2C market.
  • Experience in managing service centers will be a big advantage.
