O profissional será responsável por liderar práticas de melhoria contínua, avaliar KPIs e treinar equipes. É necessário ter graduação em Engenharia, inglês avançado e disposição para viagens. Qualificações

• Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em função similar.
• Inglês avançado é obrigatório.
• Disponibilidade para viagens a outros estados do Brasil.

You will be responsible for

• Leading the process technology and continuous improvement in a manner that will have a direct impact on profitability, efficiency, cost management, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and innovation;
• Leading process practices that will focus on reaching operational excellence, developing and implementing strategies to increase the skill level of the operators, and enhancing our process capabilities to deliver continuous improvement, including the new digital tools used internally at the company;
• Follow all the test runs performed and propose the necessary modifications to achieve the standards defined by the development team;
• Leading and developing local Continuous Improvement activities;
• Evaluates projects and direct Project Managers and Facilitators to make corrective actions as well as improvements;
• Support the Planning Analyst to propose the best production plan in order to increase the Operability without failing to serve our customers;
• Training and developing the lines' organization;
• Assesses the maturity of the operations and brings the entire organization to the targeted CI competency level;
• Analyse operational KPIs on a daily basis, pointing out all deviations in terms of quality, volumes, throughput, losses, and downtimes;
• Evaluate the test runs proposed and define the availability, proposing changes when necessary to achieve the standards defined by the product owner;
• Keep the operations area in line with the digital improvements defined by the head office;
• Assure efficient communication with interface areas and internal customers;
• Lead operations processes with the shift toward a high-performance work environment;
• Strong problem-solving and project management;
• Participation in the process of recruiting new employees;
• Seeks to exceed the customer's expectations or makes unusual efforts to meet customer needs and resolve complex problems or complaints;
• Seeking to make all efforts to attend to the planning demand;
• Ensure one company approach in TBW projects and initiatives throughout all functions in the location.

REQUISITOS DA VAGA :

Requirements :

• Chemistry, Manufacturing, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, or Material Science Engineering Degree;
• Desirable Specialization in different areas of Engineering or Administration;
• Advanced English is mandatory (you'll conduct meetings in English with global);
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role or similar role;
• Deep knowledge of continuous improvement and quality tools;
• Deep knowledge of continuous production systems; :
• Availability to travel to other states in Brazil.
