We are currently looking for a Casting Coordinator to join our client, a global content company with a focus on talent sourcing for dynamic content projects.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with various casting resources and familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes and cancellations.
• Experience with casting databases and familiarity with Monday.com and Google Suite.

What will you do?

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to talent sourcing and casting across innovative content projects.

• Identify and source emerging talent across social media platforms, staying on top of trends.
• Post-casting calls aligned with creative outlines for new and ongoing productions.
• Screen, organize, and categorize auditions, preparing submissions for producer review.
• Coordinate auditions with talent, agencies, and managers, managing the talent booking process.
• Maintain a robust casting database with accurate records and updated talent profiles.
• Collaborate with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules.
• Produce and direct assigned content episodes, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and creative goals.
• Hosting the episodes on Youtube, being on camera as an interviewer.
• Build strong relationships with the talent to foster positive creative collaborations and ensure smooth productions.
• Track deadlines, legal requirements, and production specifications for timely and cost-effective delivery.
