This dynamic team includes junior sales personnel focused on candidate research and recruitment, who will eventually become client-facing sales consultants and account managers.

We are expanding our Sales & Research team to include a new office in São Paulo, Brazil, offering opportunities for career growth and professional development.

We provide a comprehensive range of services, including staff augmentation, advisory, project, and managed services.

Our deals vary in size, from £100,000 to £20,000,000, creating significant revenue and earnings opportunities.

Role and Career Opportunities

We strive to grow through client acquisition, geographical expansion, and the evolution of our service catalogue.

To support this ambition, we take on four cohorts of junior sales consultants each year, providing them with comprehensive training and development programs.

As a sales consultant, you will be trained by our leadership team and develop into a specialist recruiter within your chosen field.

After

months, you can expect to move into client-facing sales, working with senior stakeholders to deliver results-driven solutions.
