Job Responsibilities:
1. Drive business growth in the Brazilian enterprise drone market by producing market analysis reports, identifying new opportunities, and optimizing business processes.
2. Manage regional agents, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure alignment with company policies and strategic objectives.
3. Execute channel management strategies within the region, develop a comprehensive channel network, and achieve sales targets while fostering sustainable market growth.
4. Implement effective product and solution sales strategies to enhance market share and strengthen competitive positioning in Brazil.
5. Identify and onboard new customers while building and strengthening channel partner capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with fluency in English as well as Brazilian as working language.
2. Proven experience in sales and channel management; background in security, agriculture, or surveying sectors is preferred.
3. Strong capabilities in market analysis, business expansion, channel management, and execution, along with excellent communication and coordination skills.
4. Responsible, proactive, and collaborative, with strong adaptability and resilience under pressure.
