About the role
  • Our Business Intelligence team, composed of 6 people, is integrated in Soda Ash Global Business Unit (GBU).

As a Business Intelligence Regional Analyst, you will work on translating complex data, collaborating with regional leadership, and connecting central data infrastructure to support commercial strategy in the Americas.

You will get the opportunity to contribute to regional performance insights and have a positive impact on growth and market share.

Responsibilities
  • You will be accountable for :
  • Lead Commercial Strategy with data : Support the regional business strategy by proactively identifying, analyzing, and presenting insights on market trends, sales performance, and growth opportunities.
  • You are the owner of the regional analytical narrative.
  • Regional Performance Analysis & Visualization: Maintain a suite of dashboards tailored to the Americas region's commercial priorities, focusing on sales performance, market trends, customer analytics, and financial KPIs.
  • Actionable Business Insights: Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions for the Americas. Identify risks and opportunities, and present findings as clear, data‑driven recommendations to regional stakeholders.
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as the primary analytical interface for the Americas Commercial team. Proactively understand their challenges, anticipate analytical needs, and co‑develop solutions that directly support their objectives.
  • Data Integrity and Governance: Act as the subject matter expert for Americas‑related data. Collaborate with the central BI team to ensure regional data sources are accurate, reliable, and effectively integrated into the global data model.
  • We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid (2 days per week onsite).
About you
  • Relevant education with a Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent proven experience.
  • Solid experience, at least 7 years, in Business Intelligence or any related field, with a track record of delivering business impact.
  • Fluent in English and professional proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a strong plus.

About the pay

Attractive and equitable pay for all : compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role.

The base pay expected for this role is, with 13th salary included, R$ … per year in Brazil. Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.

Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and / or other incentives.
