Job Summary
The Business Development Specialist will support two senior leaders within the organization while playing a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening partner relationships, and ensuring smooth project and account management execution. In this dual-function role, you will support the SVP of Partnerships (80%) by helping source, build, and manage strategic relationships.
You will also assist the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) (20%) with coordination, CRM management, follow‑ups, and operational support across sales and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Account / Partnership Management (80%)
- Identify, research, and connect with potential partners aligned with the company's offerings.
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Collaborate across internal teams to support partnership and business development initiatives.
- Draft partnership proposals, client communications, and supporting documents.
- Track partnership and account performance metrics; prepare reports as needed.
- Support project coordination related to partner programs and onboarding.
- Support for the Chief Growth Officer (20%)
- Maintain and update CRM tasks, follow‑ups, and next steps.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, calendar management, and coordinating sales activities.
- Help prepare meeting materials, agendas, and event‑related documentation.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Account Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Sales Coordination.
- Project Management or Account Management certification or diploma is a strong asset (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Scrum, Account Management programs).
- Familiarity with digital displays, interactive technology, or related digital/tech industries is an advantage (optional).
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects or accounts at once.
- Experience using CRM tools (Pipedrive preferred) and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
