About the Company

Disruptive Talents, a boutique headhunting and strategic recruitment firm, is collaborating with an international Forex brokerage to identify a Business Development Manager (BDM) – Brazil. At Disruptive Talents, we connect commercially driven talent with high-growth financial services organizations. This search is conducted on behalf of an international Forex brokerage seeking to accelerate client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth across the Brazilian and Latin American markets.

This is a strategic opportunity to join the commercial growth team at a critical stage of the company's expansion in Brazil, playing a central role in developing client relationships, strategic partnerships, and long-term revenue growth in the local market.

What You Will Do
  • Business Growth & Revenue Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across FX, CFDs, equities, derivatives, or multi-asset trading solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through direct client acquisition and strategic partnerships (IBs, affiliates, money managers).
  • Own the full sales cycle : prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding coordination, and account growth.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Client & Partner Management Build long-term relationships with professional traders, institutional clients, and high-value partners.
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor, aligning client trading needs with platform capabilities, pricing, and liquidity solutions.
  • Support retention and account expansion by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Market & Industry Intelligence Stay current on global financial market trends, trading technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Monitor regulatory developments (e.g., MiFID II, FCA, CySEC, ASIC) and ensure commercial activity aligns with compliance requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Internal Collaboration Work closely with trading, liquidity, risk, compliance, and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Partner with marketing to support lead-generation campaigns and regional growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasts, and performance reporting via CRM tools.
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–7+ years of business development, sales, or relationship management experience within financial markets brokerage (FX, CFDs, equities, crypto, or derivatives).
  • Strong understanding of trading platforms, brokerage revenue models, and client acquisition channels.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep interest in financial markets and trading products.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Relationship-driven, consultative sales mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable working with CRM and reporting tools.
