A leading FX brokerage firm in Brazil is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth through building and managing partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have native or fluent Portuguese and a strong command of English, along with proven experience in the FX brokerage industry. Responsibilities include prospecting, negotiating, and onboarding partners while tracking KPIs. This is a full-time position offering various benefits including paid leave days and training opportunities.

The Role :

As the Business Development Manager you will be key to driving growth by building and managing partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and high‑value clients across Brazil. You will be responsible for prospecting, negotiating and onboarding partners, tracking KPIs like client deposits and volumes, and expanding the firm’s FX / CFD presence in the Brazilian market.

Mandatory Requirements :
  • Languages : Native or fluent Portuguese with a strong command of English.
  • Industry Experience : Proven experience as a Business Development or Partnership Manager within the FX brokerage industry.
  • Portfolio : Active portfolio of FX clients with a clear ability to expand and scale quickly.
  • Network : Established network of IBs and Affiliates.
  • Results : Consistent monthly results achieved over the last 6 months.
