O candidato ideal terá inglês avançado e será responsável por construir sistemas internos de marketing, automatizar workflows e traduzir dados em insights acionáveis. • Build from zero: Stand up internal marketing‑agency systems, analytics stacks, and repeatable processes—often with no existing playbook.
• Automate & optimize: Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and deploy no‑code / low‑code, AI, or integration tools (Cursor, Replit, Zapier, Make, GPT, etc.) to streamline them.
• Turn data into insight: Design dashboards and translate numbers into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
• Ship & educate: Draft launch content, craft go‑to‑market strategies, and create user‑friendly training to ensure adoption.
