We are on the lookout for a Business Analyst IT HR for our Naples office, our primary service delivery hub. He / she will have a strong background in Human Resources processes and a keen interest in HR technology. Ideally, he / she also has experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HR software platform.
Key Accountabilities
- HR Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand and analyze their processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze HR data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with HR teams to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- System Implementation: Assist in the implementation of HR software solutions, with a focus on SuccessFactors or related platforms. Configure and customize systems to meet HR needs.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of HR technology solutions.
- User Training and Support: Provide training and support to HR users on new system features and functionalities. Address user inquiries and issues promptly.
- Change Management: Support change management efforts related to HR technology implementations, ensuring a smooth transition for HR staff and end-users.
Qualifications (skills, competencies, experience)
- Experience in highly complex companies and / or experience in the cruise world is an asset
- Experience with the Success Factor platform and / or Learning and development platforms is an asset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on HR processes.
- Ideally, experience with SuccessFactors or similar HR software platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
