This role is responsible for designing and evolving user experiences across a web-based product, used by multiple internal and external user profiles.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with complex web-based systems, a deep understanding of user behavior, and a structured approach to UX/UI design. This person will own the full UX lifecycle, from user profiling and experience definition to mockups, frameworks, and documentation, ensuring clarity, usability, and scalability as the product evolves.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design for a web-based product, ensuring a clear, intuitive, and consistent user experience.
- Define user profiles, personas, and journeys for different audiences interacting with the portal.
- Design information architecture, navigation structures, and interaction patterns for complex workflows.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UX/UI specifications to support development.
- Build and maintain UX/UI frameworks, standards, and reusable patterns to ensure long-term scalability.
- Work closely with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
- Validate UX decisions through feedback, usability testing, and iterative improvements.
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and best-practice UX principles are consistently applied.
- Maintain clear UX/UI documentation (flows, decisions, guidelines) to support future expansion and onboarding.
We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer working on web-based products, portals, or complex digital systems.
- Strong understanding of user behavior, persona definition, and experience mapping.
- Hands‑on experience creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Figma or similar.
- Ability to think systemically, designing UX/UI frameworks rather than isolated screens.
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, especially Product and Development.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and trade-offs.
- Solid knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and UX/UI best practices for web applications.
- High level of ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ownership mindset: you care about outcomes, not just deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI or equivalent professional experience.
