Responsibilities Drive growth and expand the company's presence in Brazil through strategic planning and market insights.

Lead customer support, risk management, and operational teams to ensure high service quality and player engagement.

Ensure compliance with Brazilian iGaming regulations and coordinate with legal and compliance teams.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and KPIs while providing market performance updates to leadership.

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Requirements 5+ years in iGaming or sports betting operations.

Proven leadership and team management experience, including cross-functional or remote teams.

Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Strong knowledge of Brazilian betting laws, market trends, and customer behavior.

Analytical, strategic, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems, risk tools, payment methods, and digital marketing strategies.
