A real estate development company is seeking a Bookkeeping Analyst to support accounting for projects. The candidate must have hands-on bookkeeping experience, strong QuickBooks knowledge, and advanced English skills. This fully remote independent contractor role requires an active CNPJ and is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals. Responsibilities include managing project accounting and working with a CPA. No employment relationship or benefits are included.

Qualificações

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (online).
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Strong Excel skills are essential.

Company Description North America Development is a U.S.-based real estate development company focused on residential and construction projects. We work with multiple LLCs and project-based accounting, supporting property development from acquisition through completion and sale.

Role Description

We are seeking a Bookkeeping Analyst to support the daily accounting and financial control of our real estate and construction projects.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical professional with hands‑on bookkeeping experience and strong QuickBooks knowledge. The position works closely with internal management and an external U.S.-based CPA.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks (online)
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Comfortable working remotely with U.S. teams and time zones
  • CNPJ required (contractor position)
Nice to have
  • Experience with real estate or construction accounting
  • Familiarity with project-based cost tracking
  • Experience supporting month-end closings
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (a plus)
