Job Description

We are looking for a Mid‑Level Back‑end Developer to work on the development and evolution of back‑end applications using Node.js and NestJS. The professional will be responsible for building scalable solutions, maintaining engineering best practices, contributing to technical decisions, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a dynamic and agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back‑end applications using Node.js and NestJS.
• Ensure clean, scalable, and well‑documented code.

Data Management

• Implement and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational databases (MongoDB).
• Optimize queries and ensure data integrity.

Version Control

• Use Git for version control, maintaining code history and integrity.
• Collaborate through pull requests and code reviews.

Agile Methodologies

• Actively participate in sprints, plannings, and other agile ceremonies.
• Adapt quickly to changing requirements and priorities.

Quality & Automation

• Write automated tests to guarantee quality and stability.
• Use CI/CD tools to support continuous integration and delivery.

Communication & Teamwork

• Collaborate with multifunctional teams (product, design, QA, front‑end).
• Communicate requirements and delivery status clearly.

Nice‑to‑Have Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Configure and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mid‑Level Back‑end Developer.
• Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong knowledge of relational (PostgreSQL) and non‑relational (MongoDB) databases.
• Experience with version control using Git.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and well‑structured code.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Differential Competencies

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
