Exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing mobile technology players in the world focused on the global marketing for Motorola's Enterprise business.

This role will support and drive Enterprise Marketing, working closely with key senior stakeholders across the organization including Sales, Product, Strategy Operations, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategy, development, and optimization of integrated campaigns focused on key Motorola priority solution themes that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Collaborate with product management, product marketing, sales, creative departments, external agencies, and partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Provide guidance and support to regional marketing teams, offering direction, training, and resources as needed.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing plans for different regions and target audiences.

Leverage CRM, marketing automation, and other relevant touchpoints on the buying journey to develop lead generation and engagement programs.

Oversee the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, email marketing, sales enablement, and content marketing.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

Measure and report on the success of marketing initiatives to senior management, highlighting key metrics and achievements.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and marketing trends, and apply them to enhance marketing strategies and tactics.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Advanced English proficiency.

At least 5+ years of experience in branding, digital design, and global marketing campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.

Proven expertise in B2B marketing within the device (smartphone, PC, etc.) industry.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product marketing, PR, CX).

Experience with customer journey, insights, and research.

Proven ability to work with geographically spread virtual teams.

Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement processes, procedures, and policies.

Innovative and creative, with a proven track record of engaging others regarding new ideas and projects.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
