We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-native solutions across our Retail technology landscape. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align DevOps practices with business goals, supporting ITIL processes, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our environments. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and manage CI / CD pipelines for Retail applications.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads using AKS and Kubernetes.
• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, integrations, and application environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, ARM templates, and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Implement observability and alerting using Azure Monitor and Grafana.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure cloud security, vulnerability management, and networking troubleshooting.
• Perform SQL-based tasks and support BI / reporting workflows.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8+ years in technology with strong DevOps and Azure cloud expertise.
• Deep knowledge of Azure services, AKS, networking, security, storage, databases, and containerization.
• Experience with CI / CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab).
• Strong scripting / programming skills (Python, PowerShell, C#, Java, etc.).
• Proficient with SQL Server and BI tools (SSIS / SSRS / SSAS).
• Experience with infrastructure automation (Terraform, CloudFormation) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef).
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; familiarity with SRE and ITIL practices.
