If you want to work remotely from Brazil for an American company and interact with clients from all over the world, American Star Vacation Homes — a vacation home management company based in Orlando, Florida — is looking for responsible and skilled individuals to build a long‑term partnership.

Responsibilities

Guest support in English (Chat / Phone)

Identify and filter guest needs

Create tasks and communicate concerns / damages to the operations team

Process and register issued charges

Monitor additional services requested / paid

Schedule additional services according to guest requests

Monitor the Customer Service channel of booking platforms

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)
• Intermediate computer skills
• Proactivity and commitment
• Agility, strong communication, and multitasking skills
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift‑based)

Schedule

6 : 00 PM to 2 : 20 AM – 1‑hour break

Schedule may vary by 1 hour during U.S. daylight saving time adjustments.

Compensation

Base salary: R$2.000.00

• One day off per week (on alternate weekend day)
• Daily work
• Night shift
