Work hours: Flexible availability

Schedule: 5x2 (work 5 days, off 2 days)

Main Responsibilities
  • Attend to and record customer calls and incidents, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist technicians by recording call closures and pending issues.
  • Monitor call priorities.
  • Ensure quick resolution of calls and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the initial response time (T1) meets company standards.
  • Respond to customer calls within 20 seconds or less (third ring).
  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Find the best solutions for handling calls, dispatching technicians based on availability and location.
  • Ensure rapid and effective service to satisfy customers.
  • Inform supervisors, managers, and directors about online operations regarding calls and pending issues to facilitate customer service.
  • Maintain safety, ethics, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
