Are you a car enthusiast who is passionate about performance mods? Our client is hiring driven SDRs to support the growth of a fast-paced e-commerce performance parts brand. This is a high-volume outbound sales role, ideal for someone self-motivated, disciplined, competitive, and experienced in or passionate about the automotive aftermarket industry. You will make 100+ outbound calls, texts, and voicemails daily to convert warm leads, pursue cold leads, and close sales. You will speak with customers who have visited the site, abandoned carts, or purchased before, helping them identify their next upgrade.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Make 100+ calls, texts, and voicemails to prospects and customers daily.
  • Reach out to warm leads, past customers, and inbound inquiries.
  • Cold-call new prospects who fit the buyer profile.
  • Cross-sell and upsell parts to increase order size.
  • Follow up on abandoned carts and draft quotes.
  • Log activity accurately in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Continuously improve through coaching, metrics, and peer learning.
Who You Are

  • Resilient to rejection and effective at handling objections.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales experience in outbound calling, SDR, telemarketing, or retail sales.
  • Automotive experience is a must (sold, installed, or used aftermarket parts).
  • Familiarity with Subaru, Honda, or JDM platforms.
  • Knowledge of common mods such as intakes, downpipes, and intercoolers.
  • Experience at a parts counter, performance shop, or car parts retailer.
  • Active participation in car meets, forums, online builds, or social media car culture.
