Responsibilities

This is a contract, remote role for an Atlassian Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence, providing training to clients, and ensuring the smooth integration of Atlassian tools into their workflow. You will also consult on best practices, develop custom solutions to meet client needs, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with configuring and implementing Atlassian products like Jira, Confluence, and JSM
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and ITSM methodologies
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and AI solutions for Atlassian tools
• Skills in providing training and support for Atlassian tools
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale enterprise projects is a plus
