O ideal é ter Bacharelado em Engenharia e 2 a 3 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de planta. O candidato deve ser fluente em inglês e ter conhecimento do Sistema de Produção Toyota. Qualificações

• Experiência de 2 a 3 anos gerenciando uma planta de manufatura é obrigatória.
• Fluente em inglês.

About the Role

As Associate Plant Director, you will take full ownership of the Juiz de Fora manufacturing site, driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain, you'll set the strategic direction, lead a high‑performing team, and ensure the plant meets global standards for compliance and excellence.

This is a leadership role with significant impact—shaping operations, influencing global supply chain decisions, and representing the plant in the community. You'll champion continuous improvement, foster talent development, and deliver results that matter.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute site strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Build and sustain a world‑class safety culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Lead people development and succession planning for future growth.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and EHS standards.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational targets.
• Represent the plant in legal, tax, and community matters.
• Collaborate globally on capacity planning, inventory, and product launches.
• Drive product quality and operational excellence at every level.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related studies
• 2–3 years of experience managing an entire manufacturing plant (mandatory).
• Fluent in English.
• Background in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical, or similar industries (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Toyota Production System (mandatory).
