Overview

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a senior finance business partner, providing real-time decision support to organizational leaders
• Develop financial planning and analysis tools, models, and insights to drive strategic decision-making
• Communicate financial insights clearly through visuals and storytelling to align stakeholders
• Provide direct FP&A support during budgeting processes and assist in creating business cases
• Collaborate with technology teams to design reports and dashboards that enhance decision-making

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of corporate FP&A experience, preferably in a mid-to-large company
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey financial insights effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and DAX formulas; experience with PowerBI or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Background in Accounting prior to transitioning into FP&A
