Responsibilities
  • Own program management for product and platform launches, ensuring alignment across market access teams
  • Onboard new hires and maintain an updated onboarding toolkit for the market access team
  • Provide meeting support by scheduling events and coordinating logistics for market access functions
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers while ensuring effective stakeholder coordination
  • Develop solutions to administrative processes and complete special assignments requiring research and data analysis
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in market access field experience
  • Proven ability to organize large projects under tight deadlines while supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with market access operations support
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with SharePoint and meeting planning systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical project/process management
  • Ability to work independently in a challenging and ambiguous environment
  • Familiarity with modern technologies and digital tools for project management
