IOS offers three national account-based medical plans. All plans include a pharmacy benefit that offers coverage for your medications including generic, brand, and specialty drugs.

IOS offers two dental plans. One plan has a standard plan year maximum, and our enhanced plan offers a higher plan year maximum, for years you need it. The plans provide 100 percent coverage for your preventive care services and pay a percentage of eligible expenses up to a plan year maximum, depending on the type of service.

Vision

IOS offers a vision plan to help cover the cost of exams as well as the purchase of glasses and contact lenses from an in-network provider, up to an annual limit.

Time Off & Leave of Absence

Paid Time Off (PTO): our PTO plan combines vacation, personal and sick time into one plan that you earn on an accrual basis with each pay period based on hours worked and years of service.

Holidays: You receive paid time‑off for 10 holidays.

Paid Maternity and Paternity Leave: We offer paid leave for new mothers and fathers at 100 percent pay up to 4 weeks.

Bereavement: You receive paid time‑off for qualified bereavement based on your relationship with the deceased.

Mental Health

Counseling sessions to help you prioritize your mental health and well‑being.

Up to 3 pre‑paid counseling sessions (per issue, per 12‑month period).

No cost to you and your household members.

Supplemental Insurance

Supplemental medical coverage offers protection by providing funds to help pay medical and non‑medical expenses and other unplanned costs that arise when an unexpected illness or injury happens. If enrolled in one of these plans and a critical illness, accident, or hospital stay occurs, the payout comes directly to you to use the money in whatever way is needed.

Short-term and Long-term Disability

Disability insurance provides a percentage of pay if you can’t work because you are sick or injured.

Short-term and long-term disability: If eligible for benefits, you are able to enroll in the benefit and premiums for this coverage are paid by deductions from your paycheck based on age and current salary.

Job Summary

The Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing commercial construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. The APM will also assist in defining project objectives and maintaining quality control throughout the project life cycle, with a specific focus on doors and hardware.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Assisting the Project Manager in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinating project activities and ensuring project objectives are met.
  • Communicating with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
  • Managing project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitoring project progress and addressing issues or delays promptly.
  • Supporting the procurement process, including obtaining quotes and preparing purchase orders.
  • Participating in project meetings and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Various other project management tasks as assigned.
  • 1–2 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with a focus on doors and hardware.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Familiarity with construction project management software is a plus.
