Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Analista Pleno de Sales Operation in Brazil.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the sales organization, turning data into actionable insights that support growth and efficiency. You will manage and analyze key performance metrics, build dashboards, and ensure reliable data structures that enable teams to make informed decisions. Collaborating across multiple business units, you will provide analytical support for campaigns, tests, and CRM projects, influencing strategies that maximize client acquisition and retention. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, inclusive, and remote-friendly environment, where innovation and data-driven decision-making are highly valued. You will play a critical role in helping the sales organization achieve its targets while continuously improving processes and operational performance.

Accountabilities
  • Break down sales targets to individual levels and monitor performance regularly
  • Conduct analyses to generate insights supporting growth in sales channels and client portfolios
  • Lead result-focused meetings to prioritize problems and define mitigation actions
  • Collaborate with business squads to respond to analytical requests
  • Manage and analyze campaigns, tests, and CRM-related projects
  • Build reliable data structures to support reporting and dashboards
  • Develop dashboards and reports to guide teams in achieving operational and strategic goals
  • Propose and manage projects related to CRM organization and data utilization
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales operations, customer success, or indirect/reseller channels
  • Familiarity with setting, monitoring, and analyzing sales targets
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong experience in data analysis and translating insights into business concepts
  • Experience presenting results to multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing interdepartmental projects
  • Diligence and accuracy in working with data
  • Preferred: experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Metabase, or Databricks
