👉 Now we want to tell you more about the Analyst position in the Credit Intelligence area and how you can build the future with us.
- Act in the evolution and sustainability of the methodologies for Provisão para Devedores Duvidosos (PDD) and credit policies, assessing impacts, regulatory compliance and alignment with business strategy. This year we will work with new methodologies and policies, so it is essential that the candidate has solid experience in both areas.
- Be the technical reference in the analysis of the credit portfolio of Tenda and ALEA operations, ensuring methodological consistency, analytical quality and depth of insights generated by junior analysts.
- Support strategic decision making through thorough analytical studies, linking portfolio behavior, risk, results and cash.
- Promote integration among partner areas (Credit, Collection, Business, Finance, BI and Technology), ensuring conceptual alignment, a single data view and fluid use of information.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of credit management processes, proposing structural adjustments to models, rules, indicators and data governance.
- Serve as the technical focal point in critical, complex or strategic demands, supporting analysts and leaders in problem resolution and robust solution development.
- Identify and lead automation, standardization and efficiency opportunities, increasing the quality, scalability and reliability of area deliveries.
- Work with new and old loss provision (PDD) and credit policy methodologies.
- Promote constant integration and collaboration with related areas to enhance data understanding, aligning analyses with business strategies.
- Develop and validate advanced reports on the credit portfolio of Tenda and ALEA operations, providing insights for decision making based on data.
- Offer technical and strategic support to the team, being a reference in complex and critical requests, serving as support for other analysts.
- Ensure large‑scale data extraction and manipulation, using SQL, Python and/or other advanced analytic tools or languages for high‑impact analyses.
- Conduct in‑depth studies to support credit management decisions, proposing structural improvements to processes and data governance.
- Identify automation opportunities and workflow improvements, optimizing efficiency and delivery quality.
- Education in administration, accounting, financial management, business management, business administration, law, marketing or related fields;
- Advanced computer skills (complete Office suite);
- Experience in loss provision (PDD) and credit policy methodology.
- Knowledge in policy/model development and maintenance of credit models.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Python;
- Knowledge of SAP system is desirable;
- Experience in collection, finance area;
- Experience in third‑party management.
